Our client, a leading financial institution, is currently seeking high calibre professional to further strengthen their well-established and continued successful operation.
- Responsible to design and monitor the systems and procedures for compliance with various legislations
- Review all business commitments to ensure compliance with company's legal requirements and advise line management on legal aspects on business and operations
- Minimum 5 years combined post-qualification legal and compliance experience in legal firms or as in-house counsel
- Experience gained from pension fund or fund management industry is preferable
