Shun Tak Holdings Limited, established in 1972 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1973, is a leading Hong Kong-based conglomerate operating three core business - shipping, hospitality and property. At present, we employ over 2,000 employees in both Hong Kong and Macau. Shun Tak Property Management Limited, a subsidiary of Shun Tak Group, is now inviting applications for the following positions:
- Degree holder with relevant professional qualification in Housing
- Management, MCIH, AHKIS or ARICS is preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the property management field and 3 years of which should be at the managerial level
- To manage the daily operation of a designated property protfolio
Candidates with less qualification or experience will be condisered for the junior positions
