We are an executive search firm specializing in Banking, Secruities and Asset Management. Our clients are seeking for quality candidates for the following positions:
- A 3-month contract with potential to be confirmed for permanet position
- Assist the senior management in handling documentationa and analytical works
- Minimum 5 years experience in handling general corporate finance / private equity documentations
- Liaise with external lawyers
- Legal background and Mandarin speaking preferred but not a must
