- Manage the implementation of various contents for SmarTone's voice and non-voice services
- Ensure the contents are delivered with the best customer experience
- Provide compywriting and editorial support for all external and customer communications
- Perform content production, categorisation and day to day content partner management
- Update content and review WAP / Voice / Web access chanels in timely manner
- Define menu and navigation flow for Web and WAP portal
- Suggest new content category for SmarTone iN channels
We are looking for candidates who are:
- University graduate in Jornalism or Mass Communication with at least 10 years experience and 5 years of which as a Chief Editor/Producer in a large media production organization preferred
- Equipped with excellent copywriting & editing skills, in both Chinese & English
- Knowledgeable in PC operation on web production, graphic design and software applications
- Observant and fast learner with good media sense
- Strong in creative mindset and communications skills
- Action oriented and able to work under time pressure
- Proficient in project and people management skills
