- MH plus at least 12 years' working experience in Property Management of which 5 years must be at managerial level
- To assume the overall responsibilities of the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio
- Liaise with tenants and supervise the estate management team to provide a full range of service at the highest standard
- Proficient in the Building Management Ordinance and Landlord and Tenant (Consolidated) Ordinance
