Business Process Manager (Ref: ESP-BPM-2003036-SCMP-H)
Responsibilities:
- To lead and monitor the outcome of productivity improvement assigements
- To improve productivity and customer service of the Bank by applying O&M and operational research techniques
- To coordinate and negotiate with various business units of the Bank in order to solve process related problems
- To manage the process related rules and regulations of the Bank

Requirements:
- University graduates, major in Economics, Social Sciences of business related disciplines
- At least 7 years' banking experience
- Familiar with banking regulations and operations, and the domestic financial environment, able to propose process improvement plans according to the market situation
- Able to apply O&M and operational research techniques
- Mature, initiative and independent
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
- Competent in PC
