Multi-national NASDAQ listed company seeks Hong Kong based corporate controller. Manufacturing located in Shenzhen (2,000 employees) with administrative staff in Hong Kong.
Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for:
Job Duties:
- U.S. SEC reporting
- Cash Management
- Prepare monthly operational reports for management and board of directors
- Review captial expenditures and drive annual budget
- Direct supervision of Hong Kong human Resources and Hong Kong finance group
- Supervise and liaise with finance staff in Shenzhen, Singapore, U.S., Malaysia, Korea and the Philippines
- Point of contact with public accountants
Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting or Business studies
- Professional certification
- Minimum of 8-10 years progressively growing levels of responsibility
- Must have flawless English skills
- Prior experience with U.S. listed public companies
Compensation:
