SCB offers you a 2 months comprehensive training to maximize your potential to become a Professional Personal Financial Consultant.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting target customers, relationship building through customers' financial needs and assisting them in establishing and enhancing their financial portfolios. You will also be an given the opportuntiy to join outbound sales campaigns.
Be a Personal Financial Consultant at SCB, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Tertiary/University education with passes in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Foundation Programme Examination & Insurance Intermediates Qualifying Examination
- Minimum 1 year's sales & marketing experience in banking, financial, insurance, securities field will be a prerequisite
- A general understanding of banking products & services
- Good knowledge of investment products and sensible to market trend
- A proven track record of outstanding individual sales performance & relationship building
- Self-motivated with confidence and sales drive to achieve targeted goals
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both spoken / written English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus
