Well established sweater manufacture in Hong Kong is seeking a General Manager
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the sweater business which covers both Trading and Manufacturing
- To develop business strategies and to deliver result
- To lead/ supervise/ manage a team of Professionals
- To initiate improvement areas to improve the organization efficiency and effectiveness on a continuous basis
Requirements:
- Min. 15 years management experience in sweater manufacturing business, especially in international market
- Able to envision the future of the business and set strategies
- Excellent Management/ Leadership/ Supervisory skills
- Able to communicate with different levels of staff effectively
- Speak (fluent) and write English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
- University Degree in related area, MBA a plus
