Resident Land Surveyor (ref. No.: KSL/K-CN020/S/014)
Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) is moving ahead, expanding to meet Hong Kong's future transport needs. Kowloon Southern Link Project

Responsibilities:
- Manage a survey team to administer survey activities
- Monitor and coordinate with contractor's surveyor and resolve survey related issues
- Identify and provide solution to dimensions, coordinate discrepancies on drawings
- Ensure inspections and supervise the survey works

Requirements:
- Qualified Member of the Hong Kong Institute of surveyors (Land Surveying Division) or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in major civil infrastructure works with proven experience in tunnel and railway construction

Applicant with less experience than required will be considered for the post of Assistant Resident Land Surveyor.


The reumeration package will be commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Successful Candidate will initially be offered fixed-term contract of employment which is renewable upon mutual agreement between the Corporation and the individual.
