We are looking for an individual to heads up our IP department. The appropriate candidate should possess the following:
- Strong academic background (Master degree preferred)
- Mimimum 6 years' Chinese IP laws practice experience (specializing in applications, licensing and litigation)
- Both tradmark and patent agent qualifications
- Fluent spken and written Chinese and English
- Extensive experience in dealing with international clients
