Customer Marketing Manager

In order to maintain our success, we are looking for a talented card marketing professional to develop customer targeting programmes for maximising our profitability and market share in the Asia-Pacific region.

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will develop customer marketing initiatives to achieve defined business targets. This will include formulating strategic marketing and product plans, forming marketing plans with complete P&L analysis and ensuring effective implementation of the planned initiatives. You will also measure the success of our marketing efforts by analysing and evaluating the effectiveness of promotional programmes. Your other challenge is to also help us expand our regional card business by assessing, implementing and guiding marketing initiatives for Asia-Pacific countries. Having the creative freedom to utilise your marketing expertise to develop successful marketing activities, you will manage and control our marketing budget to ensure full maximisation of each programme. You will continuously promote the HSBC brand through effective advertising and marketing message.

You must have a university degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related discipline and a minimum of eight years' experience in the banking industry, preferably in card marketing. Along with strong project management, interpersonal and analytical skills, you should be an effective communicator who is creative, proactive and motivated to achieve quality results.
