BUSINESS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
The Position
MIS and analytical support for customer relationship management and knowledge based marketing. The incumbent will be responsible for segmental and post campaign analysis, providing insight and recommendations to enhance marketing and business efficiency. Hands-on data mining experience is a pre-requisite. Propensity modeling skills will be an advantage.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience preferably in credit card business, with proficiency in statistics or quantitative analysis using SAS, SQL and ACCESS. You will be an analytical and inquisitive individual with strong business acumen and sense of responsibility. You are required to work accurately and efficiently under a fast-paced enviornment. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Bank Executive.
