The Position
Reporting to the Business Relationship team leader, your role is generalist in nature and will specifically involve in serving designed units in the Bank in providing HR solutions to business issues. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will work closely with other functional teams in the Human Resources Division in areas such as recruitment, developing partnership with the managers, counselling, implementing corporate policies and procedures etc.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years experience with a strong generalist / business relationship HR background preferably in the banking industry and have the gravitas to deal with all levels of staff. You will be a confident individual who is a self-starter and has very strong organizational and planning skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential. The corporation rank of this position is dependent on the selected candidate's profile.
