Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for managing the full range of operations activites including customs clearance, warehouse operations and resources deployment to ensure that all shipments enter and exit the country in the most efficient and cost effective manner. You will also be responsible for people development, on-the-spot problem solving and coaching. You will work closely with government authorities, airport personnel, other departments and stations in DHL Network to ensure highest service standard are achieved and in compliance with ISO9002.
Requirements:
- University graduate
- 5 years operation or manufacturing experience in a leadership role
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Well developed leadership and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- High level of energy, motivation and drive
- Able to work independetly, under pressure and shifts
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge in quality maangement system is an advantage
