Applications are invited for the following vacancy:
Responsible for the leasing and marketing of prime shopping centers. The ideal candidate should have:
- A degree in marketing, business administration or surveying (General Practice)
- 10 years' experience in leasing major shopping centers
- Strong market sense and proactive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skill and sound analytical mind
- Proven English proficiency, preferably having attained IELTS Band 6 / Workplace English Benchmark Level 3 Low
Property management and accounting knowledge would be an advantage.
