The Opportunity: We are looking to fill the post of Finance Director for Greater China, with the role based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will oversee all finance and administrative operations in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan, reporting to the regional CFO. A competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the right candidate.
Given the scope of the job and the industry, the successful candidate will be:
- 'hands-on' in approach and willing to lead a team by example
- analytical and broad-minded; capable of applying their existing skills to improve the profitability and productivity of the business
- a leader that has strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and ideally, Putonghua
- technically strong in financial and management accounting and commercial by nature
- experienced in cash flow management, cross-border tax issues and business development
- a strong personality with the confidence and gravitas to manage and work with senior personnel across a variety of cultures and organisations
- a qulified accountant with at least 8 yeas of relevant experience
