- Degree / Diploma holder with 5 years factory management experience
- Plan & control the production schedule in meeting with the order fulfilment
- Co-ordinate with other department to allocate material & other resources for production
- Monitor the work force & provide adequate training
- Comply all relevant document with provalling ISO Standard & follow up quality procedure to enhance service level
- Use scientific method to evaluate the production capacity
- Sound management & Inter-personal skill
- Implement continuous improvement prgram on production flow
- Preference given to incumbent with knowledge in ERP System
