The Tasks:
- Manager order processing team to achieve performance target
- Develop and implement operation improvement strategies
- Responsible for the management reports
The Person:
- University Degree / Diploma in Business Studies / Computer Science or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' with management and order processing / service activeation / call centre operation preferable
- Aggressive, results oriented and creative
- Strong presentation and people management skills
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua an definite asset
- Excellent command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
