Our Property Departement overseas club-wide estate management, property management, project & construction management and contact administration.
- Responsible for constructions supervision of builder works
Other duties:
- Input in all stages of the project life-cycle, including design and proceurement
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal users
You should have:
- A degree / Higher diploma in Building Engineering / Building Services Engineering or related studies
- 10 years relevant studies
- Knowledge of government regulations
- Specialisation in builder services is preferable for the position of Assistant Building Services Manager
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. An initial two-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate with an option for reneval subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
