Property Operations Manager (Ref: POM)

Our Property Department overseas club-wide estate management, property management, project & construction management and contract administration.

You will:
- maintain the Customer Service Help Desk
- establish and agree service level with users
- formulate cost effective maintenance strategies for systems maintained
- prepare preventive maintenance plans, and track performance of systems
- carry out performance audit of contractors and in-house staff
- organise maintenance service contracts and term contracts
- organise annual condition survey of systems
- organise annual facility maintenance and refurbishment plans for agreeement with users
- organise training for in-house staff
- search for new technology and product to enhance the cost effectiveness and operation efficiency of the systems maintained
- provide technical support to all operations area

You should have
- a degree and a qualified engineer in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering post-graduate degree / diploma in facility management will be an advantage
- 10 years relevant experience (hospitality experience will be a distrinct advantage)


The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. An initial two-year contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate with an option for reneval subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
