GREATER CHINA CREDIT - CONSUMER BANKING CREDIT
Conduct credit assessments, make recommendations and approval on mortgage loan applications within delegated authority and according to established service standards.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or Economics
- Minimum 3 years' experience in credit evaluation and with sound knowledge in mortgage loan products and approval criteria
- Familiar with HK Mortgage Corporation's requirements for loan under Mortgage Insurance Program
- Excellent credit and financial analysis skills
- Proficiency in PC skills
