|
Duties
- Planning and managing the building maintenance, including building services and building fabric aspect, for the designated portfolio of residential, industrial and commercial properties
- Supervise the Building Engineers and Technicians
- Project management and consultant management to all repairs and improvement works
Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma in quantity surveying, building surveying, building services engineering electrical engineering or mechanicla engineering together with 10 years' working experience in building maintenance
- Member of one of the following professional institutions with 5 years' post qualification experience in building maintenance:
Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Surveyors, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical and Mechancial Disciplines), The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, The Institution of Electrical Engineers and The Institution of Mechancial Engineers
(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Building Engineer, whose duties are to assist the Technical Manager in managing the above-mentioned property maintenance)
