Early Light International (Holdings) Limited (旭日國際集團有限公司), one of the fast expanding property developing companies urgently requires high calibre to fill in the following positions:
The incumbent will be responsible for leasing of mixed portfolio of residential, commercial and car-park properties.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Studies / Estate Management
- Over 5 yrs experience in the industry, preferably in property developers / reputable property agencies
- Good negotiation and writing skills
- Be familiar with tenancy agreement / Landlord / Tenant Consolidation Ordinance
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officers
