Assistant Manager, Product Management Payments & Cash Management

Over recent years HSBC has come to be recognised as one the top tier providers of Payments and Cash Management (PCM) services throughout Asia. As more corporate and institutional clients continue to consolidate their banking activities with the introduction of PCM services, the potential growth of this business is huge. HSBC's PCM business continues to expand and our ultimate aim is to be the top provider in the industry.

This role will contribute to the growth of PCM byiddentifying and translating market opportunities into new business revenues. With prime focus on the achievement of performance objectives, you will monitor regional market developments and identify product and service gaps, then recommend tactical and strategic changes in the product marketing position and develop or enhance products and solutions to meet customer needs. Although you will manage a defined range of PCM products, the dynamic market conditions mean that soluctions must be innovative, flexible and effective, and you must be able to work well with other functional areas to get them implemented.

This opening represents an exceptional opportunity for a banking professional with at least three years' experience, including exposure to product management, product implementation or payments operations. Strong background and knowledge of the payments infrastructure in various Asia-Pacific countries are preferred. You should be highly motivated with an achievement-oriented approach along with excellent interpersonal and project management skills. As you will work across the Asia-Pacific markets, strong verbal and written English is essential to your success.
