Responsibilities:
- Identify the training & development needs for staff in Retail Banking business unit
- Establish training goals and objectives, develop and administer training activities to meet the training needs
- Develop course contents, prepare course handouts and audio-visual materials, and conduct in-house training sessions and activities
- Analyze training evaluation data to faciliate the continuous improvement of the training and development programs
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years experiences in sales/marketing/customer services training is required
- Possess in-depth sales/marketing/customer services knowledge and techniques
- Experience in leading O.D. project team preferred
- Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin, speaking is a must
- Familair with MS Word, MS Excel and Ms PowerPoint
- Willing to work under pressure and adaptability to change
