Based in Hong Kong, you will support at the HR functions for Private Clients including recruitment, performance managment, compensation strategy, employee relations, learning & development, advisory related work and other North Asia HR projects. This will involve activities such as interviewing and screening applicants, conducting mid and end year salary reviews and coordinating learning activities for staff. In addition, you will manage the performance managment process for job performance reviews.
A university graduate in preferably HR management, you must have 5-7 years' experience in HR, specifically in recruitment or compensation. with excellent time and project management skills, you should be flexible, highly independent and dedicated. Previous exposure to the other Asian countries is a plus. You must possess excellent spoken and written English as well as Putonghua.
