You will be primarily responsible for identifying China tax planning opportunities with a view to reduce the group's overall China tax burden. You will also be responsible for implementing tax projects, modifying the existing tax compliance instruction manuals, administration of tax audits and assistign business units to identify and analyse intercompany transactions, establish and review transfer pricing policies, and ensure that the methodology and documentation are in compliance with local laws.
To quality for this position, you should possess the following:
- Degree qualified, preferably with an internationally recognised accounting qualification
- At least 5 years track record in China tax within the PRC office of a Big-4 professional accounting firm
- Solid technical knowledge and experience in China tax planning affaris
- Hands-on professional approach with flexibility to travel if required.
