We are inviting qualified candidates to join us as:
- University graduate, MRICS / AHKIS or equivalent
- At least 10 years' relevant experience, of which 5 years in managerial level preferably with developer
- Proven track record in leasing of Grade-A commercial buildings and retail shops
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Self-driven, propactive, with strong leadership and negotiation skills
(Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of Leasing Manager)
