Walt Disney Imagineering is the master planning, creative development, design, engineering, production, project management, and research and development arm of The Walt Disney Company. Its talented corps of Imagineers is responsible for the creation - from concept initiation through installation - of all Disney Resorts, theme parks and attractions, real estate developments, regional entertainment venues, and new media projects. Walt Disney Imagineering Hong Kong, the team responsible for the design, development and construction of the Hong Kong Disneyland project, is now seeking high caliber individuals to fill the following positions for our Hong Kong Disneyland project.
Responsibilites:
- Report to the Project Director
- Prepare the design and construction components of the master agreements
- Collect design documentation required to support tenant selction process
- Manage the day-to-day activities of Disney's development responsibilities and enforce the terms of the master agreement
- Manage tenancy agreements and assist the theme park teams with the execution of corporate alliance improvements
- Assist construction management for all works, project turovers and close-out related to tnant development
Requirements
- Degree holder in Estate Management or equivalent
- 10 years+ relevant experience with real estate development leasing
- Experience with managing design consultants and understanding of high quality fit our required
- Self-motivated with aggressive attitude towards pride and ownership of all works
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
- Ability to meet prescribed deadlines
- Strong commitment through project completion is required
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese
