Insurance & Finance Planning play a critical role in the future success of Personal Financial Services (PFS), one of the most dynamic and fast changing sectors of our regional business.

As a Training Manager within our team of trainers dedicated to PFS staff, you will design then deliver insurance and financial planning related learning solutions, which will be a combination of traditional classroom-based training and web-based learning techniques. The emphasis that we place on training and development will translate into a broad range of training solutions which you will be expected to take our into the region. Regional travel will therefore be involved.

Ideally a professional insurance or financial planning trainer, you must have at least four years' experience in your current role backed up by solid related sales experience. Asia-Pacific exposure is definitely an added advantage. Degree educated and with professional qualifications in Insurance, you will be a mature, self motivated, independent person who can present well and is able to work both within a team and independently. Written and spoken English skills are required.
