Responsibilities:
- Assisting our Head of Internal Audit in planning, setting up audit programs and procedures, overseeing audit assignments, fieldwork, agreeing findings and reporting of recommendations to management
- Evaluating and reviewing adequacy and efficiency of existing control framework
- Ascertain compliance of existing Group's business policies and legal requirements
- Assessment of critical risks and the key control mitigating those risks
- Perform ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy with professional qualifications
- Minimum 5 years working experience in any big 4 audit firms plus minimum 2 years post-qualification experience within Internal Audit or other related disciplines
- Solid experience in auditing securities industry is a definite advantage
- Able to work independently with initiative
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Occasional travel is required
