As a Financial Planning Manager with HSBC you will receive customer referrals from our extensive branch network but also be expected to develop customer relationships of your own.

You will then gain an understanding of your customers' financial needs and provide them with tailor-made financial planning services so that you can recommend a range of alternative products for them to choose from. Your ultimate aim will be to develop close, long-term and profitable customer relationships. previous insurance sales experience will be ideal, but your proven sales track record may have been gained in another business area.

You must have the enthusiasm and motivation to succeed, the persistence and persuasive sales skills to meet sales targets and the aspiration to develop a career in financial planning.
