FM/AFM) Hutchison Whampoa Property Group develops quality residential and commercial properties in Hong Kong, Mainland China and overseas. We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Management team for the following positions: - To oversee all financial and management accounting functions of PRC JV companies - Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, member of ACCA/HKSA or equivalent - 6-8 years' experience of which 3 years are in supervisory position - Sound on internal control concepts - Solid experience and knowledge in consolidation accounting - Strong interpersonal, leadship and communication skills - Relevant PRC working experience in property and/or hospitality business an added advantage - Fluency in spoken and written English and Putonghua a must - To be stationed in Southern China Salary and benefits will commensurate with experience.
