| DESIGN MANAGER / R&D MANAGER |

Hayco is a well-established manufacturer with diversified product groups. Our customers are amongst the top Fortune 500 companies. We have a Head Office in Hong Kong with more than 80 staff and 4 factorices in China employing more than 3,000 workers. We are leaders in product development with in-house "SLS" (Selective Laser Sintering), Rapid Prototyping machine, ProE Stations, Solid Works, AutoCad, and "MoldFlow" programs. We pursue a Western management style with a focus on team work and initiative. We are now inviting high calibre individuals to join our growing team:
- University graduate in a recognized engineering discipline
- At least 5 years experience in a similar management capacity
- Strong analytical person wtih experience in managing design teams in both HK and PRC
- Must possess ound mechanical knowledge and understanding
- Previous design experience in electrical/home appliances/consumer goods/toys preferable
- Proficient knowledge of 3D software, ProE/UG or Solid Works
- Fully conversant with injection mould tool design, MoldFlow experience an advantage
- Must be a team player who can motivate and train staff effectively
- Must be able to create written reports and communicate with overseas customers effectively
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
- Need to travel to our China factory when required
