Premier offshore investment fund administrator and custodian seeks general commercial lawyer 5-7 years post qualification experience in a Commonwealth jurisdiction, preferably with funds experience, to assist General Counsel, Legal and Compliance. The candidate will provide a range of legal services including drafting and negotiating funds documentation, advising on external and internal compliance issues, advising on regulatory issues, dealing with company secretarial and general in-house issues. A commercial approach and excellent English language skills are essential. Previous in-house experience would be an advantage.
