We are a public listed company engaged in property development, investment and management in the PRC. We are also pursuing IT investment opportunities targeted for Greater China. To cope with our rapid business development, we are now looking for high caliber professionals seeking a long term career path to join us as:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an effective and efficient finance and accounting information system (AIS)
- Prepare consolidated financial reports and provide relevant and timely information for management decision
- In-depth knowledge in PRC tax compliance and planning
- Manage banking facilities and cash flows
- Supervise the finance team in PRC and review subordinates progress
Requirment:
- Qualified Accountant with bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline
- Professional qualification with ACCA/HKSA/HKIT/CICPA or equivalent with construction field
- Previous working experience with listed groups and familiar with consolidation, Hong Kong and PRC tax laws and accounting rules is definitely advantage
- Self-motivated, good communication skill and strong sense of responsibility
The position require good command in English and Chinese (Putonghua) as well as frequent traveling to China
