Responsibilities
- Support in development, evaluation and implementation of compensation and benefit policies and establishment of incentive mechanism regularly
- Responsible for compensation and benefit survey to reflect market situation and propse suggesstions
- Follow up bank-wide job evaluation project, including liaison with other departments for job description amendments from time to time
- Assist in evaluating job assignments, manpower planning propsals and human resource expenses budget provided by internal departments
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree Holder
- 4 years or above working experience in reward management
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Good analytical, interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer knowledge with Chinese typing
(Candidates with similar prerequisites but less qualifications or experience may be considered for the post of Analyst - Compensation and Benefit.)
