Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining consistent bank-wide human resource strategies, policies and procedures
- Undertake human resource projects, new initiatives and researches
- Prepare policy manual in respect of human resource management
- Liaise and co-ordinate with related parties to accomplish the human resource programs and plans
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
- 8 years or above banking experience out of which 5 years in human resource management
- Familiar with employment ordinace and other relevant laws and regulations for Hong Kong, Mainland China and other Chinese provinces
- Good organizing, interpersonal, presentation, written and communication skills
(Candidates with similar prerequisites but less qualifications or experience may be considered for the post of Analyst-Human Resource Policy and Planning.)
