You are responsible for the business development of AXA (life, investment) products through excellent relationship with local and international brokers and exploring new business opportunities. You will be accountable fo rthe brokerage development and review their incenlive programs if required. YOu also have to engage in the development of business partnership and implementation of new bsuiness production and stralegies to offer insurance benfits and wealth management to the customers of the business partners.
Requirements:
- University degree of any disciplines
- Completion of FLMI preferred
- At least 2 years in Hong Kong with good business network in the business and financial sector
- Have 5 years sales and marketing experience in financial market of any country dealing with broker relationship, or background in a reputable / established broker firm
- Proven track record of success in sales management and business development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of life insurance and financial products
- Energetic, detail-oriented and high initiative
- Team player with strong desire to succeed
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking preferable
