In response to meeting sophisticated business customer needs, we have a Channel Development team dedicated to developing and coordinating effective e-channels such as Business Internet Banking (BIB) service.
Working closely with the Senior Channel Development and Implementation Manager, you will act as the business representative from Commercial Banking for the BIB channel development to ensure that it is a viable channel for our business customers. With a high degree of autonomy to define and propose e-Channel strategies, you will proactively identify Internet based opportunities to increase business growth and devise strategies to migrate branch channel customers to BIB service for cost effectiveness. Using your strong interpersonal skills, you will liaise frequently with other e-team partners in the US, UK, Canada and HASE, as well as Group e-Banking and hsbc.com to build a gloabl platform for BIB. Additionally, you will implement differential pricing for Internet products and services in consultation with line business.
A self starter with strong motivation and drive, you must have at least eight years' frontline experience as an executive in corporate or commercial banking. Additional banking experience in Internet channels or channel development would be a definite advantage. Degree educated, you will have excellent analytical and communication skills as well as the ability to influence and adapt to changes. An independent performer, you should have good written and spoken English.
