Sales And Service Development Manager

Our Sales, Service and Channel Development team effectively fosters the sales and service culture of the Bank to meet the contant changesin today's highly competitive commercial banking market.

In this strategic role, you will play a key part in the planning and implemenetation of sales and service strategies. This will include formulating plans for our wealth management business and developing specific wealth management services in conjunction with product providers. Ensuring a qulaity sales culture among the Commercial Banking sales force, you will build sales management tools, deploy relevant sales aids and monitor sales compliance to boost the wealth management business.

to be successful, you must have at least six years' marketing experience in the banking industry, preferably with exposure to corporate or commercial banking. Additional experience in the planning and delivery of wealth management strategy would be a definite advantage. Degree educated, you should be a business focussed, creative and result oriented individual with strong motivation and drive. The ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines is a must as well as written and spoken English and Chinese.
