We are an international executive search firm with offices in Hong Kong, New York and London, conducting retained senior level recruitment assignements and human resources consultancy for multinational companies.
Due to rapid and sustained growth in our business, we now have an urgent need to build upon and expand our team to include an experienced-Consultant in the financial services sector (bank and non-bank). The Consultant must have had at least 5 years of experience as a retained search Consultant. He/she need not be responsible for developing business. Rather, the key requirements will be to develop potential candidates, conduct interviews, prepare executive reports, liaise with clients and candidates, and conduct reference cheeks.
It is essential that the Consultant have exceptionally strong interpersonal, written, and presentation skills. It goes without question that this individual be a team player vs. an individual contributor.
