We are a leasing-oriented building management company and now invite high calibre candidates for the positions of:
The Company
- Leasing-oriented building management, entirely different from DMC building management
- Leasing portfolio over 6,000,000 s.f.
- Comprehensive variety: shopping arcade, office, residential, industrial, carpark
- Demanding and comprehensive building management practice is the company culture
- Fast expanding and a lot of advancement prospect
Positions
- Degree holder
- At least 5 years' experience in Property Management with 3 years' supervisory experence inclusive; experience in DMC building and investment property management is required
- Proficiency in both written Chinese & English; possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge in property leasing is an advantage but not essential
(Shortlisted candidates may be required to sit for a written aptitude test)
