We now invite dynamic individuals to join us and become members of our successful team.
To cope with the expansion of our life insurance business in China and emerging markets and to further develop our talent pool to support and sustain our businesses in the Southeast Asia region, we are inviting dynamic individuals to join our Management Associate Program. Successful candidates will be invvived in various aspects of the life insurance business and will have the opportunities to develop their career in either Agency Administration or Human Resources.
Agency Administration - the successfu candidate will be participating in various agency plans, functions and agency relation projects. He/She will train and motivate agency force and be involved in the implementation of action plan to agency force
Human Resources - the successful candidate will be trained up to be a generalist in human resource management, with particular focus in people development.
Successful candidates will undergo a series of training and development activities to equip themselves with management knowledge and AIG culture.
Qualified applicant should be a degree holder, preferably with MBA plus a minimum of 4 years' working experience in multinational corporations. He/She should possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is expected. Conversant with Putonghua would be an added advantage. The applicant should be well prepared to work in a fast pace environment and be willing to relocated within the region to address the business needs of the Group.
