With more than US$141 billion of assets currently under management, HSBC Asset Management is the highly successful fund management arm of the HSBC Group. Operating at both a global and regional level, we offer a full spectrum of investment products to retail, institutional and private clients in all the major financial markets.
Reporting to the Head of Institutional and Private clients, your primary responsibilities will be to identify and develop prospects and execute closure of new business deals. You will derive sales and marketing strategies and other related activities that are designed to meet the business development initiative and sales targets. Developing solid and positive relationship with business partners and other relevant market participants would be key to your role.
You should possess a university degree, preferably a CFA qualification or equivalent, and have a minimum of ten years' experience in the fund management industry plus a solid background in dealing with consultants, institutional and private clients. You must be well versed in investment products and the pension market in Hong Kong. along with excellent interpersonal, presentatio nand problem solving skills, you must be an effective communicatior with fluency in English and preferably Chinese. You should also be a strategic and flexible team player with good business acumen. Ref: D-BD
