The Job:
- Work with business analysts to review user requirements & translate into flexible, effective and fficient system design
- Ensure close alignment of business requirements with IT solutions
- Participate in the design and development of Oracle based applications
- Perform system quality assurance and control activities
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure quality system deliverables
- Prepare documentation of user guide and system manual
The Requirements:
- University/Polytechnic graduate in any computer related discipline
- At least 7 years' relevant working experience for Senior Systems Analyst
- Project leading experience for Senior Systems Analyst
- Proficient in Oracle 8 (or above) and Developer 2000 (Form 6i or above)
- Prior working experience in life insurance administration and operation will be an advantage
- Good analytical mind, problem solving skills and business acumen
- Independent and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
