Job Responsibilities
- Developing and assembling an effective team of subordinates who are capable to help the division moving towards its mission/goal
- Managing the performance of the finance teams in HK, PRC and all offshore locatiosn and maintaining a robust, high standard level of service and integrity in financial management of the division
- Maintaining sound and effective system of financial control
- Assisting the Divisional Director to craft, implement divisional business strategies and drive the bsuienss objectives/results
- Assisting the Divisional Director in business development
- Safeguard assets entrusted to the division
Requirements
- Recognised accounting qualification
- Holder of MBA degree preferred but not essential
- Minimum 12 years post qualification experiences with at least 7 years at similar position. Experience gained in the manufacturing sector preferred
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active, result oriented and problem solver kind of mentality
- Good planning skills and computer literacy
- Good command in both written and spoken English
