Duties
- Responsible for overall operations of a larges Grade-A commercial complex
- Manage teams of managers and engineers to ensure quality of services being delivered to clients
- Implement strategies and manage the financial budgets to meet clients objectives
Requirements
- Degree in property related studies or MBA/Finance degree
- At least 10 years' experience in property management of high end commercial properties
- Knowledge of tenancy management is preferred
- Able to work independently and dynamically with clients to ensure high quality of service being delivered and able to head a team of prefessionals
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with good command of English and Chinese
- Working experience abroad an advantage
