- The incumbent will be posted in Beijing, responsible for managing prime residential or commercial developments
- At least eight years working experience in property management
- Working experience in China is essential
- Relevant professional qualfiications in property management
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is essential
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
